A better sleep should start with some calm and serene and this means less clutter in the room you spend much of your life in so here’s a few tips to support just that:
- Declutter things & stuff on your bedside table ~ aim to dedicate this space for light, a glass of water, and few reading materials. Hint: store & charge electronic devices elsewhere;
- Store books, magazines, and other reading material in a drawer ~ a little “editing” goes a long way;
- If you can, try to store medications, supplements, and wellness tools out of sight;
- Limit decor to what is used on a regular basis with any excess moved to other rooms or bless it forward;
- Create a collage of family pictures on a wall space to clear them from tables or dressers;
- Consider furniture placement for a more balanced and open space;
- Last but not least, give your bedroom a good clean.
Whatever you conquered in your day, a visually simple & tidy bedroom will help rest mind and body.
